POULTRY SCIENCE CLUBS

As you prepare for your adventure into poultry science, don’t forget there is more to college than just books and classes (although these are really important!). As a poultry science student in college you may have the opportunity to get involved with a poultry science club in your department. If you ask someone ‘should I join the poultry science club?,’ the answer should be emphatically...’JUST DO IT!’ A poultry science club offers so many opportunities for personal and professional development in a fun environment. Poultry science clubs are involved in community service activities, poultry industry awareness campaigns, poultry judging contests, job preparation, industry tours, and so much more!
